Brunettes, the largest grouping and the widest range

Bianka chooses the wine only after asking about your day, and her evenings revolve around Italian cooking. Michelle likes her first drink stirred and taken slowly at The Kensington, then keeps a long dinner in motion. Margo prefers a late lunch in W8 that becomes evening without anyone deciding it should, and Liana likes a lamplit lounge before dinner beneath the coloured glass of Michelin House.

Samanta plays the violin and chooses chamber recitals at the Royal College of Music on Prince Consort Road. Sonya follows the ballet whenever it comes to the Royal Albert Hall and otherwise keeps an evening close to your hotel. Lucy plans around the monthly adults-only late opening of the Science Museum, where talk has a habit of turning to planets.

Jasmin starts after nine, knows her rum and will teach a salsa step to anyone willing to try. Molly favours the glass roof of Bluebird on the King's Road and a second bar with a proper house music set. Stacy begins in a Chelsea pub with her camera on the table and a comedy night in mind, and Tiffany opens with champagne in the dark, theatrical bar at Blakes on Roland Gardens.

Laura likes a brisk loop of Kensington Gardens ahead of an Italian dinner in Chelsea. Rosa combines a museum, a pub hung with flowers and a slow walk past lit bakery windows. Tina begins among the crates of a Notting Hill record shop before a gin on Portobello Road, and Vanessa walks the Victorian avenues of Brompton Cemetery at dusk before supper on Old Brompton Road.

The lightest browns in the grouping belong to Vanessa, whose sandy hair carries a balayage, and to Laura and Bianka, both lightened at the ends by sun. Chestnut is shared by Jasmin, Liana and Rosa, the last in curls. Tiffany's shade is closer to chocolate and Tina's to espresso. Lucy, Margo, Michelle, Molly, Samanta and Sonya are dark brown, and Stacy's hair is so dark it is recorded as near-black.

Because brown hair is so common, this grouping crosses nearly every other. Eleven of the fifteen are also filed as slim and slender or petite, and six of the ten companions in the early twenties band are brunettes.
