Yes, and many guests do. Write with the time and the address; if the companion you chose is free, she can usually be at your door inside an hour of confirmation. If she is not, the desk says so immediately and names someone who is, so a late decision never leaves you waiting on an uncertain answer.
A day is comfortable for a dinner or an overnight, and a week or more is sensible for a weekend or for a night when the Royal Albert Hall is sold out and every table nearby is taken. Earlier notice widens the choice of companion; it never changes the fee.
One hour. Ninety minutes is the next step on the price list, and nothing shorter than an hour is offered, because an evening that has to watch the clock from the first minute rarely goes well for anyone.
A well-run hotel treats a guest's visitor as the guest's own business. She arrives dressed for the lobby and either walks to the lift or joins you in the bar. If your hotel asks for visitors to be registered after a certain hour, mention it, and she will observe the hotel's own rule without fuss.
Of course. Name the bar or lounge and a time; she will look for you there. The Ampersand and The Kensington both have quiet rooms for a first drink, and a restaurant table nearby serves equally well for anyone who would rather begin with food.
Yes. Apartments along Cromwell Road, mansion flats in Earls Court and houses in Holland Park are visited on the same terms as a hotel. For a residence the desk confirms the building and the flat number instead of a room, and the fee and deposit are exactly the same.
Not at all. Tell the desk whose name is on the reservation as well as your own. The check needs only the name, the hotel and the room to agree, so a corporate booking confirms as easily as a private one.
They are kept only for as long as the booking and its payment need them, then cleared in routine housekeeping. No record of you is filed away or added to any list, and nothing is ever used to contact you later. The privacy notice gives the detail.
Whenever you like on your own phone, and you may ask the desk to delete its copy too. Nothing is lost by it; if you book again, you simply write again.
Certainly. Mention her name and roughly when you last met, and the desk checks her diary first. Preferences, a favourite restaurant or a usual time, are welcome each time you write, although they are not stored between bookings.
The setting and any dress code: a black tie dinner, a concert, a quiet evening at the hotel. It lets her arrive dressed for the occasion and already aware of the plan, which spares the first half hour of any guesswork.
Yes. Give the desk the occasion, the dress code and the hours involved. Event bookings carry a 50 percent deposit, and a companion who knows the plan beforehand arrives ready to talk to your table as easily as to you.
Fees are for time and companionship only. You book a companion's company for an agreed length of time, and the fee stops there: nothing more is offered, hinted at or sold, here or on any other page. The terms state it formally.
If her diary allows. Ask before the booked time ends; the desk moves the booking up to the next length on the price list, and the difference is settled in the same way as the balance.
Travel bookings are planned ahead, with half the fee, 50 percent, paid as a deposit; the share of it spent on travel is not returnable once arranged. Give the desk the destination and the dates, and it will tell you which companions are free.
Say so before the booking goes any further. You are not obliged to continue, any deposit is returned, and her entry comes off display until she has been checked again. The photo policy describes that check.
Courtesy, a clear head and respect for the time agreed. Guests, like companions, must be 18 or over. She is free to bring a booking to an end immediately if she is made to feel unsafe or disrespected, if she is pressured, or if a guest is clearly the worse for drink; the fee is kept when that happens.
Yes. Each is an adult who chose to be listed, met the desk in person with identification, is entitled to work in Britain and can change or remove her entry at any time. We do not deal with agents or third parties.
Start every conversation from the WhatsApp or Telegram buttons on these pages. The desk never asks for card details, gift cards or cryptocurrency, and deposit details are given only inside the conversation where your booking was agreed.
Write once on WhatsApp or Telegram with the time and the address. A person on the desk answers within 10 to 15 minutes, day or night, and a verified companion is usually with you inside the hour.
