Standard bookings need a quarter of the fee, 25 percent, transferred from your bank; overnights, events and travel need half. Written confirmation with her arrival time follows as soon as it lands.
Stop 04 · Held
Punctual, and dressed for the plan you described. In SW7, W8 and SW3 a companion usually reaches you within the hour of confirmation.
Stop 05 · Arrive
Whatever remains is paid in cash when she arrives, unless you sent it by transfer beforehand. Nothing further is due.
Stop 06 · Settle
Replace each bracket with your own plans and send the message as it stands. The room number is shared only after the desk confirms the booking.

For a hotel in South Kensington or Kensington, a companion normally arrives within the hour; dinners, overnights and weekends are easier to match with a day's notice, and a week is wiser for a summer weekend.
Matching a name to a room is not suspicion. It confirms that the booking is genuine and that a companion is walking into a real appointment, which is also what allows the desk to promise you an arrival time and keep to it. Details gathered for the check are not kept once the booking is complete.
The desk never asks for card numbers or photographs of cards, copies of identity documents, gift cards, vouchers or cryptocurrency, and it never invents a fee halfway through a conversation. Bank details for a deposit are sent only inside the conversation where the booking was agreed. Treat anything else as a stranger's message and ignore it.
