In a museum, provenance is the paper trail proving that an object is what its label claims. Our portraits keep a record of the same kind: each photograph in the catalogue has been held up against the companion herself, in person, before it went on display.
What follows covers how that comparison is made, why every face in the catalogue is softened, what is and is not done to an image, how the record is renewed and what you can expect if a portrait ever falls short.

The woman in the frame is the woman who arrives
A companion’s first meeting with the desk happens face to face. Her photo identification is seen and her age confirmed as 18 or over. After that, each portrait she has put forward is examined beside her in turn, for face, hair, height and build. An image that has drifted from her present appearance, through a change of hair or style or simply the passing years, is set aside, and no entry goes up while any of its portraits remains in doubt.
A catalogue entry records what a woman looks like without recording who she is. The companions listed here hold careers, courses of study and family lives entirely separate from this one, and a recognisable face would put all of that at risk.
Their anonymity is therefore not a concession made by the desk but the term on which they consent to appear, and it is honoured in every case. No entry exists in an unsoftened form, and no request to publish one can be met.
Everything in the catalogue is glamour and lifestyle portraiture, the sort a magazine might commission for a style or travel feature. Nothing shows nudity and nothing is explicit. No image is published without the companion’s approval, and each carries a short written description for anyone browsing with a screen reader.
Each image is cropped and resized for this website alone and given only a faint correction to colour and contrast. The hidden camera data within each file, date, device and settings, is stripped before publication. The face is softened as the last step. Beyond that softening, nothing is done that would change her features, her figure or how old she appears.
No stock photography, and no pictures of anyone other than the woman named. No faces produced or reshaped by software. No older portrait kept online because it flatters more than a recent one would. No image left up once its subject has asked for it to be removed.
A portrait here may not be copied, downloaded, republished, passed on or submitted to a reverse image search. Any attempt to identify the woman behind a softened face, and any photograph, film or recording made of a companion at a meeting, closes that meeting immediately, with the fee retained, under the conduct clause of the terms.
The month of her most recent check is printed beneath the portraits on every companion’s page, and the label at the head of this page gives the month this policy was last reviewed. A fresh comparison is made whenever a companion changes her look or brings new photographs to the desk.
Tell the desk at once, in the same conversation you booked in, before the booking goes any further. A softened face is not a shortfall, since hair, height, build and bearing remain there to compare. Nothing obliges you to continue, and her entry is then taken off display until a new comparison has been made.
A companion may swap, withdraw or remove any photograph, or her whole entry, whenever she wishes, and the change is made without delay. With that settled, browse the gallery, or begin with the companions based in South Kensington and Chelsea.
Write once on WhatsApp or Telegram with the time and the address. A person on the desk answers within 10 to 15 minutes, day or night, and a verified companion is usually with you about an hour after confirmation.
